Plans Review 

Plan Review is a service provided to assist our clients during the pre-submittal, submittal and revision phase of the permitting process in accordance with the State of Florida Alternative Plans Review and Inspection Program, as described in the Florida Statues, 553.791. This will significantly accelerate the review process on the project, and in turn shorten the plan review phase of a project on behalf of our Clients.

Sands Engineering will review every step of the process and address issues as they arise with speed and professionalism. I strive to facilitate the communication between all parties thus expediting the overall process. I will endeavor to identify overlooked items, misunderstandings and essentially take care of issues before they become a problem by representing the interest of the Client.  In addition, the opportunity to immediately speak with your reviewer and go over your comments is a valuable option.

Depending on the complexity of your project, the disciplines reviewed for compliance to current building codes could include any or all of the following:

• Electrical
