HOW DOES THE PRIVATE PROVIDER PROCESS WORK?

The steps are very straightforward:

  • Private Provider is engaged by Client.

  • Immediately begin coordination with Design Professional(s) and Contractor.

  • A Notice to Building Official is presented to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) at permit submittal.

  • Plan Review is conducted simultaneously to the AHJ Review. In many cases, when drawings are ready to submit to the AHJ, the trades are already approved.

  • Compliance Affidavits submitted to the AHJ while the AHJ review is being completed.

  • Permit Issuance.

  • Inspections coordinated between Private Provider and the AHJ ensuring a more managed and efficient process.
